TopAdria (THIELE d.o.o.), a Croatian limited liability company, is a licensed Croatian Real Estate agency and an authorized member of the Croatian Association of Realtors and Estate Agencies agenti.hr. Since 2008 TopAdria offers a wide choice of properties in Istria and other Croatian regions as well as holiday accommodation, Yacht Charter and Adriatic Cruises.
Vesna Thiele is the co-owner and co-director of TopAdria. She and her husband set up the company THIELE d.o.o.. Vesna is a Croatian national.
Vesna has worked extensively in hotel and spa management in Croatia and in New Zealand. Her qualifications include a Croatian license for real estate and tourism.
At TopAdria Vesna focuses on serving clients from Croatia and other Eastern European countries, on aquiring properties, implementing sales contracts, setting up companies for clients and on general management.
Tom Thiele is the co-founder, co-owner and co-director of TopAdria. Tom is a German national from Hamburg.
Tom has lived in several countries and has an in-depth 25-year international business background. After becoming a manager with Unilever in Germany, Tom was the International Marketing Manager for CareerTrack (now Fred Pryor Seminars) and an International Business Consultant in the U.S.. Moving to New Zealand, Tom worked as the Director of Business Development for a luxury lodge and spa and as Duty Manager at the "Distinction Hotels". In the U.K. and in other European countries, Tom acted as Head Life Coach and seminar leader for an international group of wellness companies. Before starting up TopAdria in Pula in 2008, Tom was the Business Manager of a 4 star villa and spa in Opatija (Croatia). Tom is very familiar with other cultures and what foreign clients are looking for when evaluating investing in Croatia.
Tom's qualifications include a B.Sc. in International Management from the ESB Business School in Reutlingen and London, a Central Management Trainee Program with Unilever Germany, a Doctor of Naturopathy from the U.S and a Diploma in Life Consultancy from New Zealand.
At TopAdria Tom focuses on helping international clients, on international marketing and on business development.
Tom also leads the property section of a Forum on Istria called Istrien-live.com.
TopAdria cooperates with experts in various fields and is associated with partners in Zagreb and Split in Croatia as well as in Lubljana, Slovenia, Tychy/Poland and in Regensburg/Germany.
