The neighbour has indicated that he would also sell his property (for a reasonable price) which consists of some garden area and several buildings which have not been finished and are currently used as barns and storage buildings. If one also refurbished that property and combined the two into one, the result could be a quite large place with pool which could be rented as a nice holiday house as well.
