Five indiviually created exclusive eco villas in a pristine natural setting with sea views and all-year pools just 15 minutes above the town of Opatija.
This project represents a unique opportunity to experience a wonderful combination of ecological design such as grass thatched roofs with the latest technologies to create a unique natural lifestyle environment.
Construction has begun and completion is expected for the summer 2011 except for finishing work and other details which will be completed based on the choices of the future owners.
The eco villas are located in a pristine area near the town Veprinac, approx. 15 minutes from Opatija. The location is unique in that it is so close to town and yet it feels completely secluded. There are just a few houses nearby and visible, the terrain is surrounded by forests and hills and the views are of Kvarner Bay.
Each villa is perfectly integrated into the landscape where there are "natural" spots which have been chosen as the site for each building. As a result other buildings can barely be seen and privacy is utmost. The roofs are of thatched grass, allowing the buildings to blend in with nature.
The resultant feeling is that of being in a place like the Swiss Alps while being so close to the Adriatic Sea that one has the benefit of being in two of the most beautiful places at the same time. In addition, the buildings are placed in such a manner that nature is being integrated into the design as are an indoor and out door pool allowing for ear year round swimming and lounging while looking onto the sea and nature.
Each villa has its own private driveway, parking area and garage.
This villa offers 400 m2 living space on a 1034 m2 plot. On 400 m2 are 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and wardrobe, the rooms are spacious, each 30-35 m2. The kitchen, hall and livingroom area stretch to ca. 100 m2. The villa features an exterior hot tub, Jacuzzi, sauna, fitness, wine cellar, exterior kitchen, barbeque, porch, terrace, sun spots and grassland.
