This authentic stone house dates back to the 1880's and was completely refurbished between 2009 and 2014. The renovation has included new water and electrical installations as well as a new roof, gutters and downspouts, new windows, floors and new beams.
Since the refurbishments the house has been barely used since the owner works abroad for most of the year and has not rented out the house.

The house is semidetached. It is located in a cul de sac in a quiet village 6 km from the sea and Pula, the capital of Istria. There is no access by car to the property, only by foot for approx. 50m. Parking is shared by neighbours approx. 50m away along a very small street. Public parking is approx. 100 m from the property.
The property is also suitable to be used for tourism. There is very high demand for renting larger stone houses in Istria as Croatia is having record years in tourism.
A building permit has already been issued for an extension with a larger kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor which would add another 18 sqm or so. The water, electric and wastewater connection have already been installed so that the extension can be finished quickly and for little money.
