This authentic stone house features a unique location in a small village near the sea and an unspoilt beach (3 km) 7 km from Pula. The stone house is one half of a large stone house. Both parts are available (see Code SHŠIŠB for the other part) which means that also the house as a whole is available (see Code SHŠIŠ). Both parts have separate electricity and water connections. The house used to be the biggest and "richest" house in the village.
The house has a surface area of 46m2 and 3 floors with a total possible living area of 92 m2 plus a further 46 m2 on the top floor under the roof. The house needs to be completely renovated.
There is a second building with 32m2 surface area which so far was used as a shed. it can be converted into another building with 3 floors total and 96 m2 of living area. The plot offers 226 m2 (or 148 m2 without the buildings) which allows for parking, a terrace, a pool and gardens.
